At Nimzo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).

It must be in the original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase from www.nimzo.pk.

The security seal (if applicable) must be intact unless the item is being returned due to a technical defect.

2. Return Timeframe

We offer a 7-day return window. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our computer accessories, but if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

Include clear photos or a short video of the defect and the packaging.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund once the defect is verified.

4. Special Note: Unboxing Video for Your Protection

For your safety and to ensure a smooth return process, we highly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel for the first time. This serves as vital proof in the rare event of missing items or physical damage caused during transit. Without a video, processing claims for "items missing" or "broken on arrival" may take longer to verify.

5. Courier "Open-Parcel" Policy

Please note that third-party courier services in Pakistan (such as Leopard, TCS, or BlueEx) do not allow customers to open parcels before making the payment. However, do not worry—our 7-day return policy is specifically in place to protect you. If there is any issue inside the box after you pay and open it, we are here to resolve it immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Software or digital products.

Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale" event.

7. Exchange Options

If you would like to exchange your product (e.g., you prefer a different mouse model), the item must be unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for the price difference (if any) and the additional shipping costs for the exchange.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, Nimzo.pk will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to our warehouse in Karachi, Pakistan. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Timing: Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

10. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at nimzo.pk@gmail.pk with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back to us without first receiving a return authorization.
