At Nimzo.pk, we want to ensure that every order is intentional and reaches the right hands. To maintain high service standards and prevent fraudulent bookings, we follow a strict verification process.

1. Order Cutoff & Dispatch Time

Daily Cutoff: All orders placed before 5:00 PM (PKT) are prepared for dispatch the same day.

Verification Requirement: No order is handed over to the courier until it is verified. Even if you place an order before 5:00 PM, it will only move to the shipping stage once you have confirmed your intent to receive it.

2. Mandatory Order Confirmation Process

To protect our business from "fake" or "unintentional" orders, we follow a two-step confirmation process:

WhatsApp/Call Verification: After you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or a Phone Call to confirm your shipping address and your willingness to receive the parcel.

Why we do this: We have noticed that some orders are placed by mistake or by individuals who are not available to receive them. This verification ensures we only ship to customers who are genuinely ready for their new tech gear.

Action Required: Please keep an eye on your WhatsApp or phone. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Delivery Timelines (Post-Verification)

Once your order is confirmed by you and dispatched:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 1 to 3 Business Days.

Other Regions: 3 to 5 Business Days.

4. Shipping Charges

Flat Rate: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 2,500.

FREE Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 2,500 nationwide.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Refusals

Ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier.

Refusal Policy: If a customer confirms an order via WhatsApp/Call but refuses the parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason, Nimzo.pk reserves the right to blacklist that address and phone number from all future service.

6. Open-Parcel Policy

Per courier regulations in Pakistan, riders cannot allow you to open the parcel before payment. However, your purchase is fully protected by our 7-Day Return Policy. If there is any issue after payment, contact us at support@nimzo.pk.
